How I use AI

I use AI tools, including AI agents, to research, design, build and document the automations I deliver, and to draft my emails and message templates. I, Samuel Blake, am the person responsible for every piece of work.

• I check. I review and test every set-up before it goes live in your accounts.
• You approve what customers see. Any message that goes to your customers uses wording you have approved. I do not set up AI that replies to your customers freely unless you ask for it and agree the safeguards.
• Your data stays yours. I work in your own accounts, with access you grant by inviting a user, and I remove it at handover. I do not use your or your customers' data to train AI models.
• Honest marketing. My outreach emails are written with AI help, sent from a real mailbox, and always include an opt-out.
• Examples are labelled. Examples on this site use invented businesses and demo data.
