How it works
Will it sound like a robot? No. Every message uses wording you approve, and nothing goes to your customers that you have not seen.
Do I need new software? Usually not. I work with what you have, such as Gmail or Outlook, Google Business Profile, Xero or QuickBooks.
Are review requests allowed? Yes, done properly. They go to every customer, with no incentives and no filtering, in line with Google's rules and UK law.
Do you use AI? Yes, to help me build and draft templates, and I check everything myself. How I use AI.
